All RVs require a permit, unless they are towed by a bike. Utility trailers carrying your gear are also exempt. All others require a permit, including pop-ups, slide-ins, motorhomes, buses, etc. RV PERMITS ARE TAXABLE AT THE EVENT LOCATION TAX RATE. NY TAX LAW REQUIRES IT. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
